International Receptionist in a luxury Hotel
4 star hotel located on the island of Fuerteventura (Canary Islands). It has over 350 suites, 3 restaurants and bars, swimming pools and recreation centers for relaxation and well-being of their clients. The hotel is open all year, they manage guests from around the world. Working there is an excellent opportunity to learn Spanish culture in an international environment.
WHERE? Fuertaventura, Canary Island, Spain
WHEN? Position available from 08.2014
DURATION: 3 months +
HOW MANY HOURS? full time, 40h/week
The tasks are varied:
Front Desk tasks include:
* Guest service
* Check-in/ Check-out
* Reactivity in order to face unpredictable changes: late check-out, extensions, early departures etc.
* Giving information to hostel guests regarding tourist attractions, leisure activities etc.
* Answering questions regarding hostel offers, facilities and events.
* Handling complaints, suggestions, etc
We are looking for:
Ø Studies: Tourism, Hospitality, Languages, Business, Marketing , Communication
Ø Languages: High English and Spanish
Ø Young, dynamic, proactive, social and energetic profiles are appreciated.
We offer:
Ø Remuneration: 200€/month + accommodation + food
