Internship in Client Reporting Team

Process requires gathering necessary information either from another responsible departments or downloading it from different applications and other sources like requesting and collecting data by e-mails, preparing reports and providing them to external and UBS-internal recipients.

Internship will last 3 or 6 months.

This position is located in our Office in Zabierzów.

Responsibilities:

• Timely communicating and/or escalating of production status or issues identified
•  Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients
• Ensuring products/services meet client needs and monitoring client satisfaction
• Monitoring the daily process of fund price publication
• Administering the team application
• Responding to customer’s requests related to reports
• Supporting launch of new funds / share classes, mergers, changes of fund’s names
• Assisting in maximizing the automation potential of the systems for efficient workflow and production

Requirements:

• Very good written and spoken English
• Knowledge of global financial instruments, financial markets fundamentals
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Understanding of the importance of timely and accurate data
• Ability to work to strict deadlines under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and team skills across all levels
• Accuracy, numeracy, data awareness and attention to detail
• Awareness of business risk and good escalatory judgement
