Internship in HR Delivery Team

Responsibilities: 

• Respond to some email queries and issues raised by employees via emails and will either resolve or escalate the query using the case management tool 
• Provide information on policies and procedures and answer questions based on FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) and standard procedures 
• Support self-service issues or queries, including explaining step-by-step instructions how to complete tasks by self-service if available 
• Resolve incidents received by using solutions in the knowledge database or escalate to the appropriate teams 
• Handle all employment/employee related records and documents such (i.e. verification, storage, retrieval, disposal and archiving of all employee related electronic records and document images) 
• Run ad-hoc reports and help with managing customer satisfaction survey analysis on a monthly basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree 
• Very good written and spoken English 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word and Excel 
• Very good communication skills 
• Strong attention to details 
• Availability to work 40 hours per week 

Additional assets: 

• Experience of working in Advisory Services environment whether HR or any other function, i.e. Finance, Payroll, etc. 
• Experience of working within HR area
