Objective – Responsibilities

The intern in the restaurant service would be in charge of: 
- Preparing dining room, including all necessary mise-en-place for service 
- Serving customers in a professional, efficient and courteous manner 
- Ensuring tables are well dressed and decorations comply with agreed standards 
- Take orders from customers and ensure these are given to the appropriate person to execute. 
- Being totally familiar with the composition of all menu items 
- Cleanning tables as soon as customers have finish their food or drink with an acceptable balance between speed, without making them feel rushed 
- Ensuring that customers are correctly charged, present the bill and take payment from the customer 
- Attending to customer complaints satisfactorily
