Internship in Legal and Compliance Outsourcing & Offshoring Team

The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzów (Kraków Business Park). 

Responsibilities: 

• Coordination of global UBS Consulting/Control Team activities related to outsourcing and offshoring initiatives of the Bank that pass through the internal control process 
• Analysis and assessment of internal documents 
• Maintaining the Tool, tracking approvals and approval requirements 
• Assisting in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as they arise 
• Maintaining guidelines, process documents and database 

 
Requirements:

• Fluent written and spoken English 
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with strong communication skills 
• Ability to quickly assimilate information and understand the context of each task 
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines 
• Ability to prioritize own workload on a daily basis and readiness to go the extra mile 
• Ability to foster strong working relationships with colleagues in business areas and logistics functions 
• Strong attention to details 
• Pro-activeness
