Reporting and Analytics Services CMT supports UBS Investment Bank’s Securities business in its core client objectives by helping to design & produce comprehensive metrics and analysis with both an internal and external focus.

As part of the team you will work closely with senior management, regional business & country heads, research analysts & sales traders and will focus largely on delivery of timely and accurate MI to the internal clients. You will also be involved in servicing requests on producing marketing materials for the senior management to carry along for their client visits.

This paid internship will last 3 or 6 months.
The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).

Responsibilities:

Providing regular processes/reports and analysis in support of particular segment(s) of business
Responding and delivering ad-hoc requests based upon client needs and expectations
Using of Business Objects, designing & building new, optimizing existing reports to generate, analyse and distribute reports on multiple data points e.g. revenues and interactions
Identifying anomalies in the reporting environment and search for appropriate solutions

All internship roles available on the website are part of the Internship Program at UBS in Krakow.

Requirements:

Graduate or last year student (preferably Finance Math or Economics area)
Very good English, both written and spoken
Very good knowledge of MS Excel
Strong attention to details
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
Ability to assimilate information quickly and understand the context of reporting deliverables produced
Availability to work 40 hours per week

Additional assets:

Ability to consult & prioritize workload and tasks in an evolving environment a key requirement.
Preferably 3-6 months of prior professional / office experience
