Vendor Analyst
In this role you will be responsible for creating a database with Vendors' specifications. This is a great opportunity for you to gain experience in processes within business process outsourcing area. Working hours: 8am - 7pm (shifts). The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).
Responsibilities:
- Preparing Vendor Pack presentations
- Generating dashboards from different sources
- Collecting, checking, reconciling and reporting data on UBS suppliers (financial, HR, performance and risk indicators)
- Performing data cleansing, data gathering, quality reviews, data consolidation and validation for Vendors on Financial and Headcount
- Coordinating Vendor Portfolio Reporting
- Summarizing findings, conclusions and recommendations in senior management compatible presentations
- Performing full range of complex administrative tasks that support specific workflow
Requirements:
- Graduate, Last year students
- Very good written and spoken English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Ability to liaise with clients and manage relationships while being assertive to ensure completion of tasks
- Ability to deal with ad hoc job requests
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing business needs and requirements
Additional assets: - Strong attention to details
- Experience in vendor/reporting and data management/ trends environment
- Prior experience of working with international clients
