What we offer?

We are offering Technical Graduate Programme placements to students that are studying any of the following: Refrigeration (preferable), Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering spec. Heating, Air Conditioning and Air Protection, Food machinery and cooling, Heat-flow Technology.
 

Qualification requirements:

• Bechelor or Master degree of the above disciplines
• Fluent (both written and verbal) in English language
• High interpersonal and communication skills
• Very strong collaboration and analytical skills
• Eager to learn, self-motivated, openness to challenges
• Ability to use MS Office, in particular MS Excel i Power Point
   

Programme Overview

Phase 1: Summer internship (12 weeks):

• Detailed onboarding and induction programme – the world of beer!
• Project work culminating in a final project presentation to the senior leadership
• team in Manufacturing
• Successful checkout → offer for Technical Graduate Programme

Phase 2: Technical Graduate Programme in Brewing/Engineering/Packaging (2 years)

• Technical development in Engineering
• Behavioural and leadership development
• External qualifications
• Project work
