As an intern in the Internal Communications team you will be engaged in a full range of communication activities within UBS Business Solution Centers in Krakow, Wroclaw, Pune and Nashville, providing support to senior leaders and employees as communicators as well as managing communication tools, frameworks and best practices.
This paid internship will last 6 months.
The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).
Responsibilities:
• Organizing internal campaigns and events
• Creating content for internal communication materials – writing texts and designing layout
• Helping to create internal magazine – finding topics, writing texts and following up with authors, editing
• Supporting internal social media platform maintenance
• Supporting CSR communication
Requirements:
• Graduate or last year student
• Very good written and spoken English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Very good knowledge of marketing and communication
• Ability to handle multiple and diverse tasks at the same time
• Ability to prioritize own workload on a daily basis
• Attention to details
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
• Eagerness to learn creative designer tools; good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Ability to work 40 hours a week
