Internship in Global Mandatory Training Operations Team
As an Intern you will be part of Global Mandatory Training Operations team. You will play an important role in maintenance and support of all mandatory online training. In your role you will ensure over 90'000 employees in all areas of UBS receive the appropriate courses and support in the timely completion of all mandatory training requirements.
This paid internship will last 3-6 months.
The role is located in the UBS office in Krakow (Green Office).
Responsibilities:
• Responding to client / end-user requests, serving as a second level support contact on day-to-day technical and administrative requests
• Producing scheduled and ad-hoc reports to various internal stakeholders, including Risk Managers, Compliance and HR
• Coordinating and maintaining all assigned mandatory online training
Requirements:
• Graduate or last year Student
• Very good written and spoken English
• Aptitude for familiarizing quickly with new learning technology tools and systems
• Analytical problem solving approach
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
Additional assets:
• Experience in multinational environment (including students’ organizations)
• German, Italian and/or French language skills
• Advanced MS Office skills (specially Excel and Access)
