Internship in IT Risk Data Analyses Team

We are seeking candidate who will join the team within existing Central IT Risk Services, located in Krakow. The team will support specialists in detecting client data confidentiality issues for applications accessible by our partners. The team will maintain central information inventory to ensure data quality and consistency. 
The role will require building relationships with various stakeholders within UBS to define remediation actions for identified issues. 

This paid internship will last 3 months with possibility of extension. 

The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzów (Kraków Business Park). 

Responsibilities: 
• Performing a full range of complex administrative tasks that support a specific workflow including admin activities. 
• PMO responsibilities: meeting minutes, preparing slide pack, coordinating meetings and conference calls 
• Creating standardized reports based on existing tools 
• Creating ad hoc reports for clients - creating reports in Excel using advanced Excel functions 

Requirements: 
• IT related university degree 
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience 
• Very good written and spoken English 
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team 
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (building / editing macros, etc. would be considered as an advantage) 
• Basic understanding of databases with ability to understand data across different dimensions and sources 
• Availability to work 40 hours per week
