Internship in Data Leakage Prevention Team

This paid internship will last 3 months with possibility of extension. 

The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzów (Kraków Business Park). 

Responsibilities: 
• Reviewing data leakage incidents 
• Following-up with on escalations with appropriate functions 
• Ensuring compliance with internal UBS policies, processes and procedures 
• Producing weekly dashboard and other reports 
• Supporting process changes, documentation updates and process effectiveness 
• Monitoring data leakage web based application for each region 

Requirements: 
• Last year students or graduates 
• Very good written and spoken English 
• Good knowledge of MS Office 
• Strong attention to details 
• Excellent analytical skills 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines 
• Ability to prioritize own workload on a daily basis and take ownership of the tasks 
• Availability to work 40 hours per week 

Additional assets: 
• Understanding of information security principles and/or risk management 
• Previous experience of working in a fast passed environment
