Business and Application Analyst (12 months)

Responsibilities:

• Operational Risk managers support in terms of problem soliving and application support
• Application testing: release support for the business and IT, including: coordination, test cases creation and tests excecution
• Make mass data enrichments and data uploads into the system
• Application access management (coordination and implementation of users access for Operational Risk applications)
• Leading small processess and improvement projects independently.

Requirements    

• Very good English, both written and spoken
• Good understanding of IT in general including mainly Microsoft technology, Windows, MS Office, SharePoint.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to prioritise workload, to work with tight deadlines and under pressure
• Analytical, communicative, willing to help person with positive outlook upon life
• Open minded and flexible person who like to learn and change the environment around

Additional assets:

• Experience in business or an application support
• Knowledge of Sas technology especially Sas Enterprise GRC
• Knowledge of ITIL, Six Sigma or other service management methodology
• Knowledge of application testing metodology, including tools i.e Quality Center
