Data & Process Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collecting, analysing, checking, reconciling and reporting UBS data (e.g. financial, HR, performance and risk indicators)
• Cooperating with senior stakeholders to understand, enhance process and tools supporting information gathering
• Participating in projects aiming at data quality improvements across various UBS systems
• Designing, building, maintaining documenting tools and processes (mostly MS Access, Visual Basic, Excel based tools)

Requirements:   

• BA degree or Master degree (preferably in a quantitative discipline, management) or relevant working experience
• Very good written and spoken English
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of MS Access databases
• Knowledge of programming - Visual Basic for Applications or JAVA
• Proficient with designing, documenting business processes
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Ability to think outside of the box with problem solving mind set
• Attention to details
