Internship in PEX and Change Management Team – Consulting

PEX and Change Management Function support various business units in their efforts to improve and optimize their business processes and organizational structure. This support includes either consulting, project lead or projects participation.

As an Intern in Consulting team, you will be involved in the consulting processes for the UBS Bank. In this position you will work with varouis stakeholders making sure that all initiatives follow UBS policies. You will also assist PEX and Change Management Function and business function Project Leads to support the execution and implementation of improvement project plans. This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain experience in project oversight. 

Internship will last 3 months with possibility of extension. 

The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park) 

Responsibilities: 

• Analysing data and checking integrity/accuracy of documentation supporting Offshoring projects and initiatives 
• Liaising (by phone, internal chat and e-mail) with internal UBS areas 
• Guiding Onshore and Offshore Project Managers on the process and responding to queries 
• Data gathering and preparing reports for various stakeholders 
• Supporting PEX and Change Management Function with accurate and timely update reports on project status, issue logs and risk registers to both internal and external clients 
• Ensuring compliance with the pre-defined SLAs and internal UBS policies, processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Student or last year graduate of Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics or similar 
• Very good written and spoken English 
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel 
• Very good communication skills and ability to resolve process related issues 
• Experience in tasks coordination 
• Strong attention to details and ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines 
• Availability to work 40 hours per week
