Data Protection Analyst
As part of the Data Leakage and Scanning (DLS) Remediation Service team you will play a critical part in protecting data leakage and remediating incidents across the organization. You will be supporting Wealth Management, Investment Bank, Global Asset Management and Corporate Center. This will be a significant opportunity for you to develop thought leadership and innovative approaches to improve the DLS Remediation Service and support efficiency in data leakage protection practices.
The role includes being a process lead as well as delivering regular team tasks.
This role will require from you to work in a rotating shift pattern: 8.00 AM – 12.00 PM ( mainly 2.00 PM-12.00 PM ).
The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).
Responsibilities:
- Supporting process changes, documentation updates and process effectiveness
- Supporting the DLS Remediation Service Manager with incident management and other ad-hoc tasks
- Monitoring data leakage web based application for each region
- Reviewing data leakage incidents on a daily basis and process as appropriate
- Follow-up with Line Manager / HR Legal / L&C / DISOs / etc.
- Ensuring compliance with the pre-defined SLAs and internal UBS policies, processes and procedures
- Liaising with DLS technical teams for any technical issues
- Producing weekly dashboard and other reports
Requirements:
- Master degree
- Previous experience of working in a fast passed environment desirable
- Very good written and spoken English, preferable native speaker
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, MS Power Point
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
- Ability to prioritize own workload on a daily basis and take ownership of the tasks
- A 'can do' attitude
