Internship in Business Information Management (KYC Team)
The Know Your Client (KYC) department allows global financial institutions like UBS to identify Sensitive Clients and to protect company from e.g. financing terrorism, money laundering and fraud. As an intern you will have a chance to support the KYC team in their daily duties connected with business and client information management such as in-depth Internet research and negative news analysis, as well as contact with clients and preparing summary reports.
Internship will last 3 or 6 months.
The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).
Responsibilities:
- Gathering different kind of information through Internet and databases research, creating documentation
- Contacting clients from worldwide locations in a professional manner (via phone, email, chat)
- Analyzing and proper interpreting of gathered information
- Regular reporting
All internship roles available on the website are part of the Internship Program at UBS in Krakow.
Requirements:
- Graduate or last year student preferably in the field related to finance, applied informatics, business or knowledge of economics/financial markets
- Very good written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
- Availability to work around 40 hours per week
