Internship in Contract Management Team
As an Intern in the Contract Management team you will be responsible for the global, centralized process of the contract management for UBS. You will have a chance to set up a standard process in accordance with global requirement and you will liaise with our stakeholders from all locations in the world.
This paid internship will last 3 or 6 months.
The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).
Responsibilities
• Reviewing UBS’ 3rd party supplier contracts in accordance with UBS policies and uploading them into centralized system
• Maintaining an internal integrated contract management system
• Managing contract lifecycle including coordination / follow up with stakeholders
• Assuring quality of the contracts in the global tool
Requirements
• Graduate or last year student
• Very good written and spoken English
• Good MS Excel skills
• Strong attention to details
• Strong analytical skills
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
• Availability to work 40 hours per week
Additional assets:
• German language skills
• Experience in the multicultural environment
• Experience in contract management
