Internship in Operational Risk Reporting Team

This paid internship will last 3 or 6 months. 

The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park). 

Responsibilities: 
• Sourcing, manipulating and verification of data 
• Preparing, analyzing and distributing operational risk reports 
• Guiding senior managers on reporting tools usage 
• Improving reporting tools by collecting the feedback and cooperating with IT 


All internship roles available on the website are part of the Internship Program at UBS in Krakow. 

Requirements: 
• Last year student or graduate, preferably in a field related to Business, Finance, Mathematics etc. 
• Very good written and spoken English 
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel 
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills 
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team 
• Very good organizational and time-management skills 
• Ability to learn new systems and solutions quickly 
• Availability to work around 40 hours per week 

Additional Assets: 
• Experience in business or an application support 
• Knowledge of MS Access 
• Tableau/Business Object – reporting tools knowledge
