Internship in IT Support Team

This paid internship will last 3 months with a possibility of extension. 
The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park). 

Responsibilities: 
• Providing desktop support for customers in Wroclaw 
• Solving customers' problems 
• Handling customer complaints or any major incidents 
• Maintaining IT infrastructure in the company 
• Installing inventory and delivering new workstations, laptops, printers 
• Working with members of other UBS Global teams to deliver a high quality service that meets client needs 

Requirements: 
• Excellent written and spoken Polish 
• Good written and spoken English skills 
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications (Windows 7, MS Office 2010) 
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory 
• Basic network troubleshooting skills 
• Excellent diagnostic skills 
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly 
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
