Internship in Investment Guideline Control & Financial Services Team

In this position you will have an exciting opportunity to join the Investment Guideline Monitoring Team. You will be exposed to investment agreements, various security types including but not limited to Equities, Bonds, Derivatives, Funds and risk control. This will also be an opportunity for you to work in international environment and get familiar with the financial business related processes. 
This paid internship will last 3 or 6 months. 
The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park) 

Responsibilities: 
• Performing detailed analysis of client investment management agreements 
• Seeking clarification of guidelines from the business where necessary 
• Interpreting guidelines and translating them into format that can be coded onto the system 
• Attaching /testing rules to coded account 
• Investigating manual rules, breaches or possible incidents on daily basis 

Requirements: 
• Graduate or last year student 
• Good understanding of financial instruments data and attributes 
• Very good written and spoken English 
• Strong attention to details 
• Strong analytical skills 
• Very good communication skills 
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines 
• Proactive approach to issue resolution 

Additional assets: 
• Good written and spoken German
