Internship in Project Management (Transition) Team
As an Intern in KPO/ITO Transition Team you will play an important role in supporting Transition team members in areas such as Pipeline Process and general Transition manager support. This paid internship will last 3 or 6 months. The role is located in the UBS office in Wroclaw.
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining, administrating and analyzing Transition Project Pipeline Process
• Supporting and coordinating onboarding process
• Supporting Travel and Visa arrangements
• Other administrative and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
• Graduate or last year student
• Very good written and spoken English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong attention to details
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
• Availability to work 40 hours per week
Additional assets
• Knowledge of MS Access
