Internship in Global Corporate Services – maintenance support

As a part of Global Corporate Services you will support managing all administrative work related to Real Estate, property Management and Facilities Management. You will help in organizing and coordinating all requests and tasks associated with administrative services and deliveries for the company staff. You will be part of flexible and motivated team enjoying your day-by-day job. 

This paid internship will last 3-6 months with possibility of extension. 

This role is located in our office in Krakow Business Park (Zabierzów). 

Responsibilities: 
• Housekeeping management – premises check, reporting issues and repairs management 
• Dealing with helpdesk tasks 
• Statistics reporting (gather, verify, report and archive information) 
• Keeping up-to-date internal documentation 
• Supporting the team on day-to-day work in relation to the workload 

Requirements: 
• Graduate or last year student 
• Good written and spoken English 
• Very good of Knowledge of MS Office 
• Flair for organization and administration 
• Availability to work 40 hours per week
