Internship in HR Operations Team

As a part of HR Operations Team you will play an important role in providing excellent HR services for UBS employees. You will have a chance to get familiar with all aspects of HR starting from onboarding, employee lifecycle and exit administration. 

This paid internship will last 3 months with possibility of extension. 

The role is located in the UBS office in Krakow (Green Office). 

All internship roles available on the website are part of the Internship Program at UBS in Krakow. 

Responsibilities: 
• Supporting effective workforce administration in onboarding, employee lifecycle and exit administration 
• Ensuring accurate data updates in the HR system 
• Handling customer requests in a professional manner 
• Delivering HR services according to service level agreements and local legislation 
• Collaborating with the Team to establish and maintain a confidential and trusted work environment 

Requirements: 
• Bachelor degree 
• Very good written and spoken English 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office pack 
• Very good communication skills 
• Strong attention to details 
• Availability to work 40 hours per week
