Internship in the Finance Department

In this role you will be working in the Finance Team which is a part of Regional Controlling and Accounting. The Finance Team is responsible for all accounting and reporting activities related to a Polish Legal entity. 

This paid internship will last 6 months. 
The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park). 

Responsibilities: 
• Verifying accounting documents 
• Supporting AP department with vendor queries 
• Supporting AP department with Travel and Enternainment documentation processing 

Requirements: 
• Graduate or last year student 
• Self-motivated with a positive 'can-do' approach 
• Pro-active and demonstrates initiative and task ownership 
• Creative approach to problem solving 
• Availability to work 40 hours per week 

Additional assets: 
• Knowledge of English 
• Knowledge of Excel (preferably including VBA elements)
