Internship in Corporate Actions Team

 – monitor and process simple corporate action events– liaise with Portfolio Managers for elections and communicate them to custodian banks– calculate cash and holding positions– post cash and stock transactions– perform cash or stock reconciliation
You’ll be working in the Corporate Actions team in Zabierzow, Krakow Business Park. Our role is to research and maintain work in the EMEA region. We reflect it in the system, instruct custodians, post cash and stock transactions in our accounting system. You will also have a chance to participate in positions’ reconciliation.

Your paid internship will last 3-6 months with the possibility of extension, based on a 30-40 hour week.Your experience and skillsYou don't have to show us previous professional experience, but if you have it, it’s an asset. 
You have:– skills and student status or university degree in finance, economics or related– analytical and problem solving skills– a pro-active attitude and willingness to learn– good English skills, both spoken and written
You are:– motivated, self-directed and driven– comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment– adaptable, able to work across teams and functions
