Internship in Allocation and Reporting Team

 - allocate and track risk requests- perform work prioritization and resource planning for our risk assessment teams- validate submitted assessment requests- plan meetings and chair them if required - prepare regular and ad-hoc reports - improve processes and support strategic change initiativesYour teamYou will be working in the Demand Management Office Team in Zabierzow, Krakow Business Park. We are a central team within the Operational Resilience organization to centrally manage, distribute, track and report various risk assessments. We are involved in the process improvement and strategic change initiatives. We also are aimed to be the single point of contact for all services provided under the function. You will have a chance to liaise with various business groups in our company work in the evolving and challenging environment.
Our internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you will need to launch your career. It is also a chance to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in Demand Management Office. Your paid internship will last 6 months with the possibility of extension, based on a 30-40 hour week.
You don’t have to show us previous experience but if you have one, it’s an asset.
You have:- a student status or university degree, preferably in IT-related area- very good written and spoken English- very good MS Office skills, preparing macros and automated reports in Excel (VBA, MS Access or SharePoint will be your assets)- analytical mind-set, willingness to solve appearing issues
You are:- willing to develop in IT Risk and Security area- methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail - comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment- well organized, able to prioritize tasks- adaptable, able to work across teams and functionsAbout usExpert advice.
