We are searching for the best candidates for the position of:
Operations/Finance Internship
This Internship offers students placement opportunities for up to 12 months in GE Healthcare. The opportunity will consists of an intensive combination of on the job training in various business and operational domains and opportunities for exposure across multiple company operational concepts including finance, HR, Procurement and purchasing, facilities management and business skills.
Our Interns are assigned challenging projects with real business impact - during your time with us you'll be making a real difference to GE and in particular our IT Centre of Excellence in Krakow, undertaking projects in the following areas:
• Finance administration and controlling – AP/invoices, supplier managements and stakeholder management
• Purchasing and procurement
• Cooperation with HR and Facilities management
• Customer service and Project Management
Interns have significant exposure to key IT and business leaders at GE.
Requirements:
Availability for 35-40 hours per week would be an asset.
Previous intern experience
Excellent language skills in Polish and in English (both oral and written)
Current enrollment in a degree program that will lead to a bachelors or technical degree or equivalent
Active Student’s status – Student of IV or V year, preferably with finance background
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills; Enthusiasm, drive & determination
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction
Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse team across different time zones
