Junior Reporting and Analytics Specialist

• deliver regular reports in accurate and timely manner supporting particular segments of the Investment Bank business• identify anomalies in the reporting environment and search for appropriate solutions• provide support on report development initiatives and analytics• respond and deliver ad-hoc requests based on clients' needs and expectations
Your teamYou’ll be working in the global Reporting and Analytics Services team in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park). Our team supports UBS Investment Bank’s Corporate Client Solutions (CCS) reporting environment from a financial perspective.
Your experience and skillsYou have:• very good written and spoken English• strong analytical skills with high attention to details• very good knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)• minimum 3-6 months of prior experience (internship, first job)• knowledge of Finance/ Financial Markets would be additional asset
You are:• graduate/last year student • good communicator and able to work within global interactions• well organized and flexible person with positive and 'can-do' attitude• able to work under pressure to strict deadlines• able to prioritize own workload on a daily basis
