Internship in Global Vetting Team

– deliver high quality vetting services, in line with the legal and regulatory rules– work with our HR teams on execution and administration for vetting cases– carry out spot checks and initial vetting escalation process– coordinate data updates in our HR systems, draft standardized reports on vetting execution to our partners – collaborate with other vetting team members to establish and maintain trusted environment
Your teamYou’ll be working in the HR Vetting team in Krakow, Czerwone Maki Street. Our role is to provide excellent HR services in the field of vetting execution and coordination for our staff globally. We help by handling all customer requests on professional manner, support continuous vetting process improvement initiatives.
Your paid internship will last 3-6 months with the possibility of extension, based on a 30-40 hour week.
Your experience and skillsYou have:– a graduate degree or relevant working experience– worked in HR or Shared Service operations within international environment, previous general or specialist HR function will become your asset– very good written and spoken English– advanced MS Office skills– worked across multiple business lines and levels of seniority
You are:– detail oriented, self-directed and driven– result-oriented with your tasks and responsibilities – well organized and truly client oriented– aware of risk and high quality
