Internship in Business Excellence & Support Team

Your role

Do you have sharp analytic skills? Are you a stickler for getting things right? We are looking for someone like that who can help us:
– gather data and collate assessment evidences 
– submit and coordinate approvals and certifications of applications
– advise on the suitability and compliance of applications for offshore use

Your team

You’ll be working in the Project Management Office team in Zabierzow, Krakow Business Park. Our role is to support wide range of projects run in the various teams and departments, like Finance, Group Operations, Group Technology, Human Resources, Outsourcing Due Diligence and many others. You will be also a part of the team responsible for the coordination of the each phase of the transition process in UBS.

Our internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people with experience in project management area. Your paid internship will last 3-6 months with the possibility of extension, based on a 30-40 hour week.

Your experience and skills

You don't have to show us previous professional experience, but if you have it, it’s an asset. 

You have:
- a student status or university degree in finance, banking, economics, accountancy, international relations or related 
- very good command of English 
- good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- very good communication skills
- ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
- knowledge about project management knowledge –that would be an asset

You are:
- motivated, self-directed and driven
- adaptable, able to work across teams and functions 
- able to manage your own tasks effectively on a daily basis
- detail oriented
