Internship in Loan Operations Team

Your role

We’re looking for someone like that to help us:
– undertake preparatory work, transaction processing and control and reconciliations tasks
– provide support and advice for front and middle office staff
– interface with internal and external Clients to provide operational and administrative support as needed
– see that operations processes – like securities, payments and cash – comply with regulations, guidelines, standards and policies

Your team

You’ll be working in the Loan Administration Team in Zabierzów, Kraków Business Park. As part of this team you will be providing global loan servicing support for the syndicated loan product for EMEA and North America Region and interacting on a daily basis with Agents, Lenders, trading counterparties and internal onshore teams. The work in this team will give you a great opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of a global syndicated loans process.

Your paid internship will last 3 months with the possibility of extension, based on a 30-40 hour week.

Your experience and skills

You have:
– a student status or university degree
– very good English skills
– an understanding of the credit lifecycle
– great computer skills and the willingness to learn new programs

You are:
– adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills
– able to work under pressure (you secretly love deadlines)
