Internship in Strategic Delivery Center Team

  We are looking for someone to join our team and to help us to:
- gather, organize and manage information
- help managers to maintain a clear picture of the performance and compliance of our vendors
- make sure all relevant reports and meeting minutes are created and distributed in timely manner
- update data stored on the team SharePoint and on a team shared drive
- participate in numerous meetings and audio/video conferences
- provide a general support the ODC Europe management team in their daily tasks

Your team

You will be working in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) Outsourced Delivery Center (ODC) Team in Zabierzow, Krakow Business Park. CEE ODC management is part of UBS Group Sourcing and is responsible for compliance and management of UBS vendor partners and to bring them closer to each other to improve delivery of services and provide effective risk management. It is our role to closely interact with business functions, internal control functions, commercial management, technical teams (IT software developer organizations, IT companies, risk management functions, controls functions, reporting functions) and many other parts of UBS to facilitate smooth delivery of services provided by ODC vendors. 

Our internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you will need to launch your career. Your paid internship will last 3 months with the possibility of extension for another 3 months. Your work will be based on a 30-40 hour week.

Your experience and skills

You don’t have to show us previous experience but should you have prior one we are happy to hear about it.

You have:
- student status or university degree
- very good English skills
- ability to gather information quickly
- good MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills, MS Access would be an asset 

You are:
- internationally oriented, especially open to Central and Eastern European cultures
- a person that likes technology 
- eager to learn in a very dynamic environment
