Internship in Project Consulting & Business Intelligence Team

Your role

We’re looking for someone like that who can help us:
– compile and analyze financial information for Finance and other business functions
– prepare financial statements and other financial reports
– in collaboration with colleagues, improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the function
– monitor and process pending items, correcting discrepancies
– identify and resolve technical issues with reconciliation tool and file management

Your team

You will be working in the Project Consulting & Business Intelligence (PCBI) Team in Zabierzow, Krakow Business Park. We are a dynamic, driven and diverse team of consulting professionals. The PCBI team is a newly established function set up to provide critical business projects with enhanced project execution and design capabilities. The team is part of UBS's Corporate Development & Performance unit and supports all divisions and functions of the bank.

Your paid internship will last 3-6 months with the possibility of extension, based on 20-40 hour week.

Your experience and skills

You don't have to show us previous professional experience, however, it would be an asset.

You have:
– very good English, both spoken and written
– good skills in MS Excel
– basic knowledge about project management

You are:
– a graduate or a student in finance, banking, economics, accountancy, international relations or related
– motivated, self-directed and driven (always staying up to date and improving)
– detail oriented and analytical
