Internship in Client Data Management Team

Your role

We’re looking for someone like that to:

– analyze and manage data in Sales areas
– assist senior members of our team, helping us make global projects happen
- be involved in projects and actively contribute to the running of our business
– continually increase the quality of the service 
– accurate and timely provision of internally and externally sourced data on behalf of all business streams and logistic/control functions

Your team

You’ll be working in the Client Data Management Team in Zabierzow, Krakow Business Park. We are responsible for the maintenance and the integrity of clients' sales and legal structure, contacts and coverage data in the UBS Investment Bank proprietary revenue reporting system and the CRM databases.

Your paid internship will last 3-6 months with the possibility of extension, based on a 30-40 hour week.

Your experience and skills

You have: 
– university degree 
– experience in working with MS Office and ability to learn new programs with ease
– interest in finance/banking area 

You are:
– fluent in English
– excellent communicator (both verbal and written)
