Need English business plan for small real estate project

I'm an American living in Krakow and I have access to a very small-scale limited-access real estate development opportunity.  I need someone with proven skill to write a business plan in Polish and English (I'll help a lot with the English, I mostly need help with the Polish and the format) for development of the property to be presented to other potential investors.  This is a paid (compensation to be negotiated) finite project with minimal opportunity for continued involvement depending on the success of the original proposal.  Interested parties should be living in or have extremely good access to the greater Krakow metropolitan area.  Apply with cover letter and CV to Bernard at biuro@sbv.com.pl .
