Client Solutions Risk Analyst
Embedded within Group Operations Risk & Regulatory Management (GORRM), the Group Operations Risk Support Team has been recently established and is accountable for a broad portfolio of responsibilities to manage Operational Risk focusing on risk analysis and reporting, risk information management and control performance facilitation. As part of the team you will contribute to introduce information security good practice and access controls' standards.
The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).
Responsibilities:
- Managing access for business systems and applications (reviewing&approving)
- Acting as initial point of contacts for a set of business applications
- Managing overall application security compliance covering confidentiality, integrity and records management
- Collaborating with the respective technical application owners regarding information security requirements
- Ensuring that records retention and archiving requirements for applications are implemented as set out by the Business
- Maintaining application classification
Requirements:
- Very good written and spoken English
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
- Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
- A desire to work in an operational risk role within the financial services
Additional assets: - Experience either in banking operations or operational risk
- Knowledge of SharePoint
