You will be part of a team providing responsive support to Financial Controlling team. In the role of the Financial Controller we work closely with the Senior Management located globally to provide them with the accurate and reconciled financial information. Key objective of the role is to deliver high level reporting support on all operational and financial activities across UBS locations. This paid internship will last for 6 months with possibility of extension.

This paid internship will last 3 or 6 months.

The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).

Responsibilities
• Supporting reporting activities (regulatory and statutory), providing set of standardized reports
• Running reports supporting tasks performed by other Regional Controllers
• Consolidating reports received from various UBS entities
• Generating ad-hoc reporting as designed and requested by EMEA Regional Controllers
• Supporting reporting activities (regulatory and statutory), providing set of standardized reports
• Suggesting improvements on financial reporting procedures and internal management information provision

All internship roles available on the website are part of the Internship Program at UBS in Krakow.

Requirements
• Last year student with background in the field of Finance, Accounting, Statistics or Econometrics
• Very good written and spoken English
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to details
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to assimilate information quickly and understand the context of reporting deliverables produced
• Availability to work 40 hours per week
