Internship in Transition Delivery PMO Team
As an Intern in Transition Delivery PMO team you will play important role in supporting Transition team members in areas such as Infrastructure and Knowledge Management. This paid internship will last 3 or 6 months. The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and implementing improvements to Knowledge Management tool based on MS SharePoint
- Supporting users and resolving ad-hoc MS SharePoint issues
- Coordinating IT Infrastructure setup (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Firewalls) for UBS Finance Transition Managers
- Supporting UBS onshore Transition Project Management Office and Transition Team in effective transition delivery through reporting
All internship roles available on the website are part of the Internship Program at UBS in Krakow.
Requirements:
- Graduate or last year student
- Very good written and spoken English
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to details
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
- Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
Additional assets - Knowledge of MS Sharepoint
- Knowledge of VBA
- Basic knowledge of HTML/Javascript
