Required profile

• Areas of studyBusiness, Economics or smiliar
• Work experiencefirst experience in Business Administration and/or HR departments, direct recruiting
• LanguagesEnglish German
• Level of languagesEnglish (C1), German (C1), French would be a plus
• IT SkillsMS Office
• Other skillswork independently, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, organizational talent, pro-active

Objective – Responsibilities

During your internship you will pass the following tasks:
- Develop, design, optimize business processes
- Support daily administration processes
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for new talents
- Develop and document best practice procedures
- Research and contact potential talents (direct recruiting)
- Support the Business Administration and HR department
- Research and communicate with potential partners and cooperators
- Be a part of building a strong team in the national and international market

- voluntary internship (max. 3 months)
- obligatory internship (min. 3 months)
