Internship in Equity Research Team

work in partnership with senior colleagues and analysts to perform equity research of publicly traded companies
– support to create financial models and conduct financial statement analysis to forecast profit and determine valuation
– draft individual company and sector-wide research reports together with the team
– analyse industry data to describe current and long term sector trends
– respond to ad-hoc issues

Your team 
You’ll be working in the Equity Research team in Krakow, Czerwone Maki Street. Our role is to assist the research analysts in London and USA in analysis, forecasting profit and valuation. We provide our clients with advice, solutions, execution and full access to the world’s capital markets. We help to identify and access the investments that match their specific objectives.

Our internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you will need to launch your career. It is also a chance to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in Equity Research. Your paid internship will last 6 months with the possibility of extension, based on a 30-40 hour week.

Your experience and skills
You have:
– understanding of financial valuation and financial statements
– a good handle on accounting, including reviewing and interpreting annual reports and financial statements 
– a student status or university degree
– solid know-how of Microsoft Excel
– very good written and spoken English

You are:
– inquisitive, organized and able to work independently
– motivated, self-directed and driven (always staying up to date and improving)
– methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail 
– eager to learn 
– interested in CFA, ACCA or equivalent knowledge
