Internship in Outsourcing Due Diligence Risk Assessment Team

 - control our internal tools, track changes and approvals- liaise with the Control Functions- assist in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as they arise - produce internal guidelines - update documents and maintain data basesYour teamYou will be working in the Global Corporate Services Team in Zabierzow, Krakow Business Park. We are a team working closely with Control Functions within the Outsourcing Due Diligence processes. We take care of controlling and maintaining approval processes, whilst working in a global set-up. You will have a chance to liaise with various business groups within in our organization and work in an evolving and challenging environment. You will be prepared for this challenge by going through a series of on-the-job trainings.
Our internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you will need to launch your career. It is also a chance to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in Outsourcing Due Diligence. Your paid internship will last 3-6 months with the possibility of extension, based on a 30-40 hour week.Your experience and skillsYou don’t have to show us previous experience but should you have prior experience we are happy to hear about it.
You have:- student status or university degree- very good written and spoken English- ability to gather information quickly and catch it’s context- interest in legal aspects of job and strong attention to details - good MS Excel skills
You are:- able to work under pressure and not afraid of deadlines- pro-active, enthusiastic and self-driven- comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment- well organized, able to prioritize your own workload, ready to go the extra mile- communicative, adaptable, able to work across teams and functionsAbout usExpert advice.
