Internship in HR Advisory Team for Poland

Your role

We're looking for an HR Advisor that would support our clients by:
– being the first point of contact for UBS employees in Poland for HR queries
– managing request management tool
– offering quick and effective solutions to employees
– responding and advising on standard problems and more complex cases 
– working in collaboration with other team members to maintain a confidential and sensitive work environment, focusing on client service

Your team

You’ll be working in the HR Advisory team in Cracow, Czerwone Maki Street location. We're a team supporting employees located in Poland and their line managers. We cooperate with Line Managers Advisors and other HR colleagues, do our best to mitigate risk and manage performance.

Your experience and skills

You have:

- fluent written and spoken English
- excellent organizational skills
- customer orientation and truly service oriented mindset
- experience or knowledge in Human Resources

You are:

- motivated, self-directed and driven
- communicative and open for new challenges
